You may return any item within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. This is in addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Under EU and UK law, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Refunds include standard delivery costs and are processed within 14 days after notice.
